Hamilton Farms Produces small batch jams and amazing almond Roca From a recipe that has been in my family for over 40 years. We have repeat customers that state it us the best almond Roca they have ever tasted. In the past few years I have limited my sales to the holiday season and I've had many requests to offer products year-round so I am starting to get excited about the upcoming summer and all the local markets that we can attend. All of our fruit for our jams are locally sourced as we like to support small local businesses as often as possible. Our Small Batch jams range from the traditional fruit And berry Varieties to unique flavors ( Habanero Raspberry or Carrot Cake marmalade for example) that can be paired with charcuterie boards, served with cream cheese and crackers, or thin with cooking oil to use on grilled meats and fish.
