Early in 2010 my youngest son was diagnosed with Autism and I realized I had to do something to be home with him to help him.
In trying to find that "need" out in the world that I could find an answer for, it hit me right in my own home. My oldest son made a charm in jewelry class for my fiance to put in his car for luck. All the materials he used to hang it from his rearview mirror would stretch or fray and then brake. My fiance was very frustrated as he wanted to have it in his car but didn't want something "girly" like ribbon, I asked him to let me have a look at it and see what I could come up with. After a few designs, I came up with the current one and it has been very well received. I called it the Driver's Companion as it also makes a great sunglasses holder!
I have also started to accept a great deal of contract work for both my pointillisms and also my shell and rock sculptures. Please look for those designs as well.
