Heidi was born and raised in West Hartford, Connecticut. Upon graduating from the University of Hartford she moved to South Florida where she met her husband, Rob. They have one daughter, Joanna.
After 30 years as an educator Heidi recently retired. Throughout her life she dabbled in many different areas of arts and crafts before finding her true passion for broken tile mosaic art. Being retired has allowed Heidi the time to design and create customized broken ceramic tile and china art products. Her designs are an unusual combination of mixed media.
