HIGH COUNTRY is the combined effort of Patricia Cantrell and Teresa Wheeling. Known for their harmonies, this duo performs country, folk, gospel, bluegrass, pop and rockabilly tunes. For smaller venues, Pat and Teresa work with guitar or piano/keyboard only. For parties and dances where bigger sound is preferred, High Country performs with some of the most talented and accomplished musicians in the region, including long-time musicians of the Statler Brothers' band. Accompaniment includes a custom mix of lead and rhythm guitars, bass, drums, keyboard, mandolin, dobro and/or pedal steel.
