We sell Lttle Jimmy's Italian Ice from New Jersey. It's not a snow cone or shaved ice, it is made with pure cane sugar in a natural water base that is whipped frozen. It has the creaminess of sherbert or ice cream with no dairy or non-dairy creamer. It is fat free, cholesterol free and no high fructose corn syrup with only 15 cal. per scoop. A variety of flavors are scooped out of our pushcart. Our units are self-contained and keep the ice at just the right temperature for serving.
