We are a company that has the personal experience of home care for a family member who was hurt and became a quadriplegic. Our house was turned upside down. We needed to have 24/7 staff that changed a whole lot of our life's conveniences. Don't get me wrong...the help was greatly appreciated but it felt like our privacy had been swept under the carpet and our home was now open to whomever needed to provide care. Many agencies were dismissed because they lacked the proper attitude with care or did not hire the right staff. It was not fair for the person receiving help nor the caregivers that were put in the position without the proper training or experience. We were at the mercy of the agencies discretion because someone needed to be there. This is how our company was built. On the knowledge of knowing what should be expected out of a care agency. From the administrative part to the caregiver level. We offer services that are what you tell you want and how you want it done. Our job is to keep you safe and happy in your own home and elevate the need for the high expenses that are involved in alternative housing when you just need help with daily living. |
