Hope all is well! I wanted to give you the Results of The South Texas Biker Jam and Expo that we had in Houston, Texas / Reliant Arena / On May 28th and 29th 2011.
We just completed our 1st Annual Event with great Success with an attendance of 15,325, and over 200 Vendors in the Metric / American Class! We also had Yamaha Corp with us along with Motorcycle Dealerships and Several Big Name Custom Bike Builders (see partial List of Vendors at bottom of Page)! We had Several Sponsors! Some Included Budweiser, L'Auberge De Luc Casino and Resort, City of Houston Visitors Bureau, etc! All of our Sponsors and vendors generated allot of contact and Business!
WE WILL BE A METRO-LISTED SHOW!!!
We have Vendor options available! (Reliant arena) --- May 19th -- 20th 2012
1) 10x10 Booth Space (2 days Inside the Reliant) for $900.00 which Includes Drapery, Electricity and Parking pass / each additional 10x10 $ 750.00 / which means if you wanted a 10x20, it would run $ 1650.00 for 2 days! This Space Fee can be broken down into 2 or 3 installments for your Convenience! Tractor-Trailers and Wrapped Company Vehicles are also welcome for display! We had several of those this year!
2) 10x10 Booth Space (outside the Reliant for 2 days) would run $ 250.00 / 10x20 for $ 500.00--- $ 2.50 a sq ft. ( does not Include Electricity-but you may Bring Generator.
3) If you cannot make it to the Event, Let us Promote and Advertise you’re Company by hanging your Banner (3x8) with your logo for $ 275.00 / 2 days! If you choose we can make it and hang it for $ 400.00 for 2 days. (You may send us your artwork) Please let me know should you wish a Different size Banner (pricing).
4) We also welcome promotional Items that you can send for our Bike Nights, Guest and Vendors at the event!
We do know that the Event is not until next May 2012, wanted to give you Advance Notice for your 2012 Budget and Calendar of Events! We have already Started Business for next year and reserving Booth Space and bringing in Sponsors!
We need help for May 2012---Help us out and in return we will advertise for you!
We have several different Levels running anywhere from $2500.00, $ 5000.00 $ 10,000, $ 25,000 all the way up to a presenting Sponsor @ $50,000.00 or More.
Let me know if you have an Interest in helping us so that I may send you our different levels of advertisement and the many benefits!
We are also planning to give back to a Foundation / Cause / Charity! We have not decided which one as we are currently working on the details!
Our Last benefit were The Texas Honor Ride who Raised $ 12,000.00
We have an Article that was written in the Thunder Roads magazine on us, that’s distributed throughout Texas. This is a July 2011 Article, so it was just released. We made Front Cover! As you can see, we are going to be big! We are here to stay, and this will give you a Better understanding of who we are! I’m hoping it will help you in your decision process!
