Twenty-one years ago I moved my family from frigid Kansas City, Mo to tropical Tampa Bay. I was hired by a local metals distributor to take their advertising procedures from paste-up to using the Mac to create their catalog and other print collateral. I am still at that great company, while continuing to show my etchings and linoleum block prints at shows, markets and galleries throughout the area.
My focus is on marine life, florals, whimsical and figurative subjects, Celtic and calligraphic images that I use in graphic presentations of quotes and scriptures from the Bible. I use these images in my creation of wall art, custom name banners, bookmarks and note cards.
I show my work in several shows per year, have an Etsy shop and am creating my website. Since I am employed full-time, sometimes the creative processes have to take the back seat to life...but, I keep on keeping on.
