We are a Hawaiian BBQ Company. Our chef was inspired to make delicious Island style loco plates from Hawaii. Everything is made from scratch and freshly prepared & grill for our customers who come back for more of our food.
We are Polynesians and we enjoy making great food to share a little bit of our Polynesian heritage. Our Chef Aaron Faiva marinades his chicken two day before an event and its put in the cooler/fridge to marinade till he's ready to grill. We also serve our Kalua Pork made in the imu underground like we do in Islands. We serve it over steamed rice & our famous homemade Mac salad with little bit of the pineapple & sweet carrots, celery and green onions.
We love for everyone to try our food. We serve our Hawaiian BBQ plates at the Power Ranch Farmers Market and also at the Gilbert Farmers Market in Gilbert, Arizona. We would love to serve our delicious food at the Festivals as well.
