Island Fusion is a blend of pacific islands and Caribbean islands 🌴 spices. We offers a variety of smoked and grill meats accompany with red rice and Caribbean rice. Owners Greg Bamba and Aura Vasquez have perfected over 10 years of mixing their herbs and spices to capture savory flavors from both pacific and Caribbean.
