I create Fanciful, Magical, Whimsical Tutus with a touch of attitude for children 6 months to 10 years of age. Each is unique and hand embellished with silk florals, glass beads, satin ribbons and embroidery. Tutus are basically my base for a wearable canvas. 100% soft polyester tulle is used.
