Jack and Amy McChurch (J'Amy) left the corporate/medical background world and bought a restaurant in New Braunfels, TX. After a few years of learning the ropes we wanted to travel and not be so tied down to one location or tied to a franchise business. J'Amys was formed and Jack and Amy now have started another chapter. After living in such a German influenced community, we decided to go into the soft pretzel business, spreading yummy goodness wherever we land. Our kids are all grown, we bought a food trailer, RV and will travel to your events.
All pretzels are made fresh daily, hand-rolled on site and topped with butter, kosher salt, cinnamon/sugar, or garlic parmesan. Mustard, brown mustard, beer cheese dips included with purchase of pretzels. Loaded baked potatoes( butter, cheese, bacon, sour cream or chili/cheese). Frito pie, popcorn, frito pie.
Our food trailer is self contained with a generator. 8.5 x 24 ft including hitch length.
