A performer and lecturer of the classical music of Northern India. With over 25 yrs playing Sitar and Dilruba, I play many of the common ragas, including Hement, Dhani, Maand, Yaman Kalyan, and many more. In addition, I give informative talks for groups on Hindustani music and the religion of Hinduism. Small group talks and performances are done without amplification, and for larger spaces I use an acoustic sound system. In keeping with traditions, I do not charge for performances or lectures.
