I have been in the Ceramic Industry for over 50 years. I was a Staff Artist for American Arts Clay in addition to teaching classes on my own. I have taught in the United States, Canada, Curacao, and Venezuela. Some of my work has been published in Ceramic Arts magazines. I started making ceramic jewelry in 1984 and have continued to this day. All of my work is designed by me; hand crafted, fired, glazed and re-fired. The only material in my jewelry that is purchased are the findings. I do all of my creative work and firings in my home workshop. Recently I expanded my ceramic endeavors to include Stoneware.
Although ceramics has been my first love and continues to be the prominent craft I work in, I became interested in macramé and plastic craft in the late 80's, and have included these crafts as part of my business.
