I have been making Kettle Corn for at least 5 years for our church.  And in the last 5 years, I've created exotic flavors such as S'mores (Chocolate and toasted marshmellow), Sassy Green apple, Chocolate covered Strawberries and a fan favorite "sweepings off the floor"(Actually a mix of everything left on the sorting table).

I've always been a entrepreneur at heart. So I started looking for an opportunity and Kettle Corn seemed like a fun idea.  But everyone I saw was working outside with their big Propane Gas rigs.  I wanted to work inside!  So I purchased an commercial Electric popper and created "Heaven's Kettle corn".

Everyone that I knew who was making Kettle Corn outdoors are using Corn oil.  In Heaven's Kettle Corn we use Buttered flavored Coconut Oil. Coconut oil will last up to 6 weeks in our independent testing, but we maintain its as fresh as when it was made after four weeks!  Our unique way of making our kettle corn is different in that we have total coverage and abundant coatings.  The results are crunchy, sweet, salty, buttery, kettle Corn.  We also make regular popcorn and a double butter popcorn.  Again, all our popcorn/kettle corn is made with Coconut oil and buttered flavored salt.
