There are three things I take very seriously: Family, Customer Service, and CHOCOLATE.
I've been married for forty something years, my three boys are fully grown, my only "baby" now is a Yellow Lab named Daisy. That means no diapers this time, but at least the boys didn't eat cell phones... She does catch a frisbee better than they did though... it's a toss-up.
As much as I love the people I've met through my retail job managing a photolab, my passion is my chocolate.
For more than 30 years I've been making chocolate seasonally - chocolate bunnies and reindeer marched out my door twice a year, dozens at a time. Well now that I've gotten to a point in my life when I don't need all the bedrooms in the house, I'm expanding the "Factory" to full-time.
We make a wide variety of hand crafted Gourmet chocolates: From the simplest dipped to large hand colored pieces.. Everything is made in small batches with delicate precision.
