Rudest, most arrogant salesman you’ll find. Can’t imagine he has repeat customers. Avoid this schmegeggy!

I purchased a pillow from Jeff. He didn't ask me what size I wanted and I assumed he only had standard as that was the only ones he had on display. He handed me a pillow and I handed him my credit card for payment. He ran my credit card and then handed my credit card and this phone to another lady for my signature. Oops, he quickly realized his mistake and gave me my card and his phone for my signature. When I got home the pillow was a king size. UGH. So I used it assuming it would be fine. It is by far the worst pillow I've ever had. It has no support, its heavy and bulky. It's brand new and has thick bulges in it and some areas where it is super flat. He offered to exchange it but not refund my money. I'm so sorry I purchased from this guy. Never again and buyer beware. You better like the pillow or your SOL.
