As a reward for hosting an Open House, you will get a free CONNECTION key chain
and 10% of all sales resulting from your Open House.
(You must obtain a minimum of 3 orders to receive your reward.)
* We will leave sales open for a week after the date of your Open House.
I would like to assist you in organizing your Open House. Please feel free to contact me for anything you may need...
1 Your guests will be able to bring their uniform so they will save on postage and order directly from the website during the Open House. I will be there to answer all questions. J
2 I encourage you to compile a list of at least fifty people from several different groups (i.e. church, work, neighbors, friends, family, the gym...) that you would like to invite. (It is safe to assume that only about a third of the people will be able to attend your Open House because of prior engagements.)
3 Please invite guests in person, by phone, Facebook or email and encourage them to bring a friend. (The written invitations are a great reminder for attendees of the details and information pertinent to the Open House.)
4 Select an open, spacious and, if possible, well-lit room. The more people we can accommodate in one space the better.
5 The use of a strategically placed table is a must. Card and dinner tables are preferred. Coffee, end and lamp tables generally lie too close to the ground and tend to defer some of our clientele from browsing.
6 Basic snacks and beverages are staples for the socials and provide a pleasant meeting area for clientele to mingle and socialize.
7 I recommend that you ask the guests to visit our website www.militaryapparelcompany.com beforehand in order to acquaint them with what our creation line looks like and to find who we are as a company. This practice can also generate orders prior to your Open house from those who cannot come. This may encourage excitement in others once they hear their peers chat about what they have already ordered.
8 We will not have a sit-down verbal presentation during your Open House. We prefer to maintain a casual atmosphere that encourages the guests to attend, design and socialize.
9 Guests that cannot attend will have up to a week to place their orders J Please follow up with them.
10 You will receive 10% of all sales from your Open House in creations! We will send you a gift certificate 1 ½ week after the date of your Open House. (**Must obtain a minimum of 3 orders to receive gift certificate**)
