About My Art:

I create wood furniture and accessories that are unique, artistic, and functional, combining contemporary and abstract design.  I use figured wood as my background and add dyes, inlays, marquetry and appliqués to add visual interest.  I draw on my love of nature and wildlife for many of my themes.

My finished pieces invite closer scrutiny to touch and feel what appears to be 3D but is actually wood finished to a smooth and silky feel.

My goal is to provide not only a beautiful work of art, but an item that the customer will be proud to display to their family and friends for years to come.
