Peacock Designs was established in 1989. I designed and created a line of silk-screened t-shirts that were embellished with paint and ribbon, matching hair bows It grew to involve over 15 designs, 12 employees, 8 sales reps. We produced the orders, shipped them and each order was sent with a hand written thank you note. I called companies to get additional orders. After the ribbon look went out I discontinued the line and stuck with hair bows and used ribbon to make lanyards and other sewn and knit items.
