I started decorating hats, in 2004. The story behind my creations is that when I was a child, my female relatives all wore different hats at the beach. Some were funny and some lovely, but all protected us from the elements, while giving us creative outlet. It was really fun to wear the hats. I find my hats today to be really fun to wear, too. I get many compliments and smiles. It takes an attitude to wear my hats; a happy, confident one.
I have been creating jewelry, since 2003. My first piece took me 4 months to finish...the beads were so small and I was using substandard materials. I have gotten smarter over the years and have learned how to make beautiful, quality jewelry at reasonable prices.
