I have always loved to create. As a child, my mom taught me how to use yarn, felt and beads to make unique gifts for my friends and family. In my 20's, I designed earrings out of wire, beads and glue! I soon sought out classes to learn wire weaving, beading, cold connections, enameling, soldering and stone setting. I love the idea of taking raw materials and coaxing them into something beautiful and unique. Kathy Burhans Jewelry is the result of that love and learning process.
