Founded in 2024, Keep Me In Stitches Custom Sewing By Anne grew out of over 50 years of the love of handcrafts, sewing, crocheting, crosstitch and more. Beginning at the age of 11 in Hong Kong, Anne learned to sew and loved going to "Cloth Alley" to peruse the fabrics and notions. As a tiny teen, finding clothes was almost impossible, so she started sewing her own in both high school and college, progressing to sewing for theatrical productions. Early in her married life, her loving husband bought her the top of the line Singer, and as they say, "The rest is history...." In her late 20's Anne learned to smock and started her own custom children's clothing business, including smocking and French hand sewing by machine. She has continued to love all things crafty, and taught herself to quilt in the last 4 years. A friend who had a handbag business but is now retired gifted her all her fabric and patterns, and a new passions was born! Anne looks forward to providing her customers with unique accessories!
