KG Krafters is owned and operated by Keith and Ginger Whitworth. Keith an ex-marine, has spent years in the oil industry. Recently retired he had the idea of putting his love of working with his hands to use creating something he and others would enjoy. Keith's beautiful handcrafted pen sets were born. Wood was just his first medium. Soon acrylic, antlers and exotic hard woods were added. Now shaving sets, fire starters and key chains are items in his inventory.
After being life long acquaintances, romance bloomed for Keith and Ginger and in 2009 they married. Ginger, also recently retired, had left a successful career as an insurance executive and small business owner. She has a "passion for creating things" and used jewelry marking and beading as a hobby and way to fulfill that need. Now with time on her hands, an idea developed and KG Krafters was born. This newly formed company strives to put a smile on the face of every consumer. Appealing to those who valve natural materials and hand-craftsmanship. We look forward to creating beautiful things and meeting the people who will enjoy them.
