Kim's Glass Creations first started creating handmade mosaic stepping stones in 2004. I first started off by selling my glass items to friends, and then I got started in craft shows and selling on-line. I fell in love with stained glass. I am a very enthusiastic crafter, a highly motivated. and a very detail-oriented person.
I really like working with my hands. The whole process of scoring, and cutting a beautiful piece of stained glass into wonderful shapes is very satisfying to me. (Grinding the glass is necessary, but not as much fun.) Colors are so amazing to me, I feel that colors brighten up the world. Stained glass has so many varieties of shades of colors and textures of glass that the possibilities of projects seem endless. I just adore this craft so much.
I have progressed to copper foiling and soldering of the stained glass now and I really enjoy it a lot.
