Her artistic process began with writing as a child and developed into artistic expression when the words would not fulfill her needs. Kimberlyjustideas began working with wire and designing trees when she reflected upon her childhood. Her love for trees hinged on her feelings of safety and her love for trees is exemplified in her wire art. Her work as an artist is composed mainly of contract work.
