Ecuadorian Handcrafts is helping keep tradition alive! We are a unique organization that imports good from the Imbabura Province in Ecuador. Each item is hand selected and bought directly from the craftsman. Many of the craftsman use techniques (i.e. back strap weaving) that have been handed down from generation to generation, often using the same tools that their great grandparents used. Yet while using old methods many of the crafts now have a more traditional and mainstream flair. See our website www.wix.com/klovell/ecuador-handcrafts to view some of our offerings.
Products include jewelry made from the sustainable tagua nut, hand woven sweaters dyed with natural colors from the earth, agave purses, bags, rugs. Plus we offer fun and exciting stocking hats, gloves, and mittens in an array of vibrant colors.
We look forward to our next show!
