The Lakeville Area Art Center was founded 20 years ago in Lakeville Minnesota, now population 60,000, to promote and support the arts in our community. Our annual Art Festival is a good example of this. We believe art, and the people who create it, should be celebrated. All proceeds from this juried festival of 90-100 artists go back to the art center. Artists are treated to easy access/load in-out, food and drink including breakfast each day and a meal Saturday evening, cash awards, booth sitting, and on site security. The beautiful and accessible grounds are a great place to spend your weekend!
