Assiduous Artists is an art agent/management company that was brought into development in 2008, by its owner LaShandra Hooks. As an artist herself with 15+ years experience, a minor in fine arts, and a major in business marketing and management, she is well qualified in the industry. Our business was created on the mere concept of ART itself.
Based in Texas, there are over 4500 artists here that have no local representation available. Also, the number of artists' has grown from 6300+ artists in every major country, to a staggering 1.7 million daily. Research shows that women make up just under half of all artists nationwide (46 percent), compared to men, who make up the other 54 percent. These artists are under-represented in the many artist professions.
Our agency is dedicated to providing any artist (accomplished or beginner) with an opportunity to bring their talent to the public. As agents/managers of artists all over the world, our mission is to discover new talent, fully represent the under-represented, and increase the exposure of those already on their way into the mainstream.
