As a person who loves BLING I began embellishing pottery that I did with my grand daughters in 2012. This obsession really kicked in when I retired in 2015. Since then I have created my most beautiful work and have been told by many people that I should share my art with others. So i started making many pieces of pottery and canvas, and embellish with only the finest crystals, bugle beads and cultured pearls. I use these stones because of the fire they produce. I am excited to share my art with others and hope it brings happiness to them.
Since I starting showing my art at Art Festivals, it's been a real confidence booster when people attending these festivals tell me how refreshing it is to see something new and so beautiful. I love people and I'm excited every time I make a new piece to show at my next show.
I was honored when I was chosen as an Emerging Artist for the Gasparilla Fine Art Festival in 2020. That is a very prestigious event and it proved to be very successful.
