Chic Pursenality, established by Shyla Conrad-Moreno in 2002, was created to help other women find financial independence while enjoying how they earned success. Shyla decided to create a business that was unique and fun in order to help her stay at home to earn income. Her son Treyson, was diagnosed as profoundly Autistic in 2000, so a conventional job was no longer an option. Being familiar with the home party industry, Shyla decided to offer her business opportunity to others.
