Linda Kinville
Residing in her beloved New Hampshire once again, after 36 years in California, Linda spends every free moment painting and creating beautiful glass art or with her wonderful husband Jim traveling New England.
Being creative has always been her passion. From the time she spent with her grandmother in Norway learning to sew, to learning photography in Jr High and winning her first ribbon, to learning a variety of crafts over the years. She has always used the gifts God gave her to transform everyday objects or items people were throwing away into something beautiful before it was cool to "up cycle".
As someone who was self taught, it took years to call herself an artist. Creating was in her soul but painting actually started due to a back injury that caused long term pain. Through pain management therapy, she learned that painting helped lower her pain level. After that, she said she painted anything that didn't move. Transforming the pain into healing and a outlet for her creativity. Often her family and friends would get her creations as gifts. They were the ones that encouraged her to start selling her art. But it took the death of her sweet daughter Heather, and the Lord to make her realize it was time to go after her dreams with the support of her wonderful husband Jim and children Liz, Alex, Abby and Amanda
