I am a Medically Retired Phoenix Fire Engineer that was forced to retire early due to a debilitating work injury in the field. A girlfriend of mine is a designer and came to my rescue after my surgeries while I was rehabbing. She vowed to teach me jewelry-making as part of my rehabilitation for both physical and mental health. In addition to Physical Therapy, I began jewelry designing and crafting as an Occupational Therapy treatment. Yet, I came to love what was once Therapy, transitioned to a Hobby, and it grew into a PASSION of mine. This mode of therapy connected me up with other designers and friends who shared and communed our love of jewelry Crafting. I am ever so grateful!
The jewelry I design consists of all original works from formal to casual styles. My main medium is precious and semi-precious gems, metals, and crystals. I am adept at wire working as well. Each item is individually crafted by me personally. I also expanded to simple classic prefabbed purses and hats which I adorn with my jewels, metals and coordinating accessory jewelry. (Example: Matching key chains and bracelets to purse adornment. Hat bands.)
