I love creating functional, every day pottery using as much color and interesting design as I can incorporate. You'll see in my work that I enjoy whimsy, even though you need a dish to eat from, no reason that dish should be dull or boring. Starting with a block of raw clay and my two hands, I use my wheels, slab roller & sculpting techniques to create my work from start to end without the use of pre-made molds. I use only the best quality clay and glazes so that my work isn't just beautiful, it's also food safe, 100% lead free and safe for use in your microwave, dishwasher and oven - perfect for real life!
