I began my history in art and spirituality as a young child. I remember taking a pastel drawing class with my mother (an artist). My father was a Methodist Minister. It wasn't until I was in college that I picked up art classes again and began to seriously think about art as a lifelong venture into who I am and what I feel. That art could heal me from the inside out.
I'm fascinated with blending my senses from being outdoors into my inner fascination with the psychology of living in harmony with the medium. It isn't always a balance. I strive for that in whatever I do, but it is a way of being and of experiencing the divine which lives within me and through me.
