We are a family owned and operated business; husband and wife team. We specialize in Cajun/Creole Cuisine, which is a true melting pot of many cultures. In today's culinary landscape there are many fusion concepts popping up all the time. Louisiana cuisine is a true example of this as different cuisines coming together to create Cajun/Creole. Chef, Derek Isble, grew up and cooked in New Orleans for 10+ years. Tracy Caldwell grew up in Southern CA, and attended the University of Arizona where she graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing. Based in Scottsdale, AZ together we enjoy traveling all over the West Coast to share this unique food tasting experience with all the great people we come across.
