A taste of Peru is a catering/festival food business that was originated with the cooking of my Peruvian mother and all the food that we grew up. This food has it's origin in the Spanish Cuisine that was left by the Spaniels at the turn of the 18th century. We specialized in food with a mild spices and texture that are a combination of sweet and savory. Dishes base on sauces tomatoes,cilantro, aji or yellow pepper and prepared into stews, soups, beans and grill chicken in a garlic and cumin sauce, With the addition of two main dishes of the Peruvian cuisine beef heart skewers and chicken skewers with a spice/mild sauce a symphony of flavors combination of sweet and savory. Our food is prepared with premium ingredients all foods are prepared daily.
