One of our trailers includes Hand-dipped corndogs & cheese bombs, pizza rolls and criss cut fries. Yes, I said corndogs... but these are not your usual corndog. Our batter recipe is a secret. We tell our customers, "If this is not the best corndog you've ever had, we'll give you your money back." The corndog is about a foot long, and we have an 8-inch version as well. We also serve a "Smokey Cheddar Corndog." We believe they are much better and easier to eat. Our cheese bomb choices are jalapeno, cheddar, or habanero cheese sticks dipped in our secret batter, then fried. They are amazing!
Our other trailer serves chicken tenders (real chicken tenders, not pulverized meat), specialty fries (more like yum fries), and fish and chips (cod and halibut), and pizza rolls.
Of course, our trailers can add or subtract any menu item to meet the needs of the event.
