Lucinda is a contemporary fiber artist specializing in piecework (Japanese paper and recycled silkK), sewn and presented framed under glass. Her constructions often have a thousand or more pieces. Collections include Mayo Clinic, Rutgers University, State of Georgia,Hartsfield Airport, City Hall Chattanooga and Charleston, Walt Disney World. Recent work is fabric quilts made of new silk and recycled antique kimonos, pillows, and jackets.
