Kalena's Kitchen is a fully self contained restaurant trailer that provides a more healthful alternative to the normal event fanfare. Though we specialize in Hawaiian food we also offer a vast array of more traditional foods and can tailor our menu to fit our client's specific needs. Our company was started because of our love of Hawaiian food and culture and it is our goal to share the Aloha Spirit as well as fabulous cuisine.
