Today I work mostly with collage that I piece together like a puzzle creating an inlaid montage, or solid, cohesive image. I create these images from pieces of paper or canvas that are painted with my mixed media techniques. These pieces are color- categorized for convenience, layout and finishing phases of my work. From thoughts and onto the empty canvas, my ideas show bold colors and meticulous simplification of shape and form. Through my practice and discipline, my mission is to create the most contemporary, mindful version of representing a universal or common subject into a splendid piece of art.
