Originally, Mama Ralphael's catered to the particular dietary needs of athletes competing in strenuous sporting events. We continue to do so, but have expanded our menu to please the rest of us, young and old, vegetarian, diabetic, those with certain food allergies, and particularly the other vendors and staff tired of carnival food. Each meal is made to order in view of the customer, so it is our pleasure to leave out or add extra fresh ingredients to suit his/her taste.
