Margie Key Reed is a mixed media artist and printmaker. She combines watercolors, inks, charcoals, pencils and frequently uses acrylics for creation. Recently, she began to print her own artworks to extend her art just one step further, so that her prints are authentic works. Her technique of melting pigment with alcohol, then pushing it into the paper has given her prints a special touch, and she likes the hand-printed feel of each one.
