I owned and managed a tourist business for 9 years, in Polk County, WI. During that time, my daughter and I created many custom gift baskets, using the business items for sale. This included cheese, wines, chocolates, and gifts. After I sold the shop, my daughter and I began making silk floral baskets and theme baskets. Also glass items were used for a display/centerpiece; picture frames decorated on side; collectible plates and other items. Most items are upscale and trendy.
We are both disabled. We do these crafts year around and go to only a few shows, or as our health permits.
