Mays Music Ministries is a unique family of Christian Contemporary performers. Michael Mays is a professionally trained tenor vocalist who has performed around the world. His wife, Joy is a talented accomplished pianist who is a trained vocalist as well. Three of their five children are vocalists also. The children have written songs of their own that are appealing to the younger ages to add to their variety. Joy has written many of the scripturally based poems that Michael then sets to music. The family performs separately and/or together.
Their genre is Christian Contemporary by name but eclectic in style in that they perform traditional hymns, adult contemporary, folk style and their own written works, to name a few. Gospel music is their tag; desiring to point people to Jesus Christ through the entertainment world.
