During hunting season we are primarily a wild game processing facilty. During the entire year we offer custom smoked meat products for retail purchase and have food vendors set up and are festivals. All meat items sold for retail or food booth services are inspected and passed meats and will not inculde wild game unless the game was harvested under inspection and passed. We have a large variety of sausage products and other smoked meats.
