I have a 16x8 concession trailer that has a 220 electrical outlet. I sell anything from fajitas to fruit kabobs to pies and desserts, I switch it up a bit. I can make anything in my trailer that doesnt' need to be fried. I am interested in doing craft fairs, horse races, motercross, etc..
