Mrs. Snow's Shave Ice Truck sells New Orleans Style Shave Ice. The ice is shaved in the truck when you order, giving you that soft fluffy ice that melts in your mouth. Over 42 flavors to choose from, you can mix them to create you own personal favorite. We also carry sugar free flavors.
Mangonadas are another favorite item in the truck. Tell us what you want us to add, some of the toppings are - chili, chamoy, lucas, tamarindo and diced pickles.
Picadillys are another favorite item on the menu.
