I have been in the Ceramics industry for 27 years, most of that in my hometown of Nikiski Alaska. I have 5000 molds and mix my own mud, pour my own molds and do all my cleaning and painting. My oldest daughter grew up doing ceramics and she is quite the artist, specializing in custom designs and orders. My four year old grand daughter is also learning to pour, clean and paint ceramics. she loves it. My son in law is a wonderful painter, and I can't wait to teach him how to clean greenware :)! I love ceramics and love to teach anyone interested in painting also. I have been a Certified Duncan Instructor since 1988. Just recently moved to beautiful Texas in June and yes, I love my first winter in 43 years WITHOUT SNOW!!!!!!
