Muncie Downtown Development Partnership produces and promotes a variety of events in the Downtown area to introduce locals and visitors alike to the many retailers, resturaunts, pubs and entertainment venues. The MAX Muncie RibFest is on of Downtown's oldest events and draw an average of 5000 vistors over the weekend.
